Studio 7 Design Group is a full service interior design firm specializing in high-end residential and commercial projects. The firm provides clients with innovative, dynamic and functional design solutions that represent livable luxury. Studio 7 works closely with clients to establish creative direction and project goals. The full service design model utilized allows the firm to be effective in the architecture, construction, renovation, restoration and interior decoration phases of all projects. All team members strive to earn the respect of each client by educating them throughout the design and construction process. The firm’s portfolio and client roster include commercial and residential sites in Atlanta, Los Angeles, San Francisco Bay Area, New York Area, Alabama and Miami.
About the Principal
Kai Williamson is the principal of Studio 7 Design Group. Providing imaginative gateway elegance for her high-profile clientele, Kai and her team provide dynamic design solutions while cultivating concepts and products representing the intersectionality of accessibility and luxury. Through her keen acumen, Kai’s inventive design approach has allowed her business to operate primarily referral based. She has forged a community of clients that extend the lives of their partnership with her as she realizes their aesthetic interior structural needs.
Kai is an Oakland, California-born, Atlanta, Georgia-raised designer. In 2014 she started and expanded Studio 7 Design Group into a full-service interior design firm. Kai’s work has earned her a spot on HGTV’s “Luxe for Less” program and has been featured across varying media outlets, including Good Morning America, Black Enterprise, Newsweek, Deadline, and more.
Her commitment to community service led her to support the journey of out-of-school disconnected youth in metropolitan Atlanta for over a decade, including five years as the Executive Director of Youth Enhancement Services (YES), an alternative education nonprofit. She is currently Chair of the Board of Directors at YES.
Kai has a bachelor’s and a master’s degree from the Georgia Institute of Technology.
